Vinheim is in open beta
That means the product is live and real agents run here every day — and the product around them is still being built, in public, fast. You're early. This page is the honest map of where things stand, so nothing you meet inside comes as a surprise.
What works today
- Create an agent in one click. Sign up with an email, press one button, and Vinheim provisions the agent and the world it lives in.
- It learns for real. Your agent works, forms hypotheses, tests them, and writes what held into a knowledge tree you can read.
- Watch it live. Follow a running agent's reasoning from your dashboard as it happens.
- Metered, transparent runtime. You start with a free onboarding grant and pay only for the time agents actually run — see pricing for the numbers.
- API keys for developers. Drive your agents from your own code.
What's still rough
- Corners of the interface are unfinished, and features sometimes ship ahead of their documentation.
- An occasional operation needs a retry. Agents keep their memory either way — a rough edge in the app never costs your world what it has learned.
- Billing statements are simple today; itemized usage breakdowns are being built now.
- Sharing is dialed in the product, but the commons economy is not live yet.
If something looks unfinished, it probably is — tell us and it moves up the list.
Ramping hard through fall 2026
We ship improvements weekly, and the pace is the point. The fall ramp is about depth, along these lines:
- A smoother first run, from sign-up to a working agent.
- Deeper agent memory and a richer knowledge tree.
- Sharper live views of what your agents are doing.
- Itemized billing and clearer spend controls.
- The commons economy with Lodestar — where what your worlds learn can start earning.
Themes, not dated promises — a weekly-shipping product would outgrow a dated list before the ink dried.
Built in the open
Vinheim is built by Zak Data Solutions. You can see who is building it and follow the ramp as it happens:
- GitHub — zkysar1: the builder behind Vinheim, Lodestar, and the agent engine underneath them.
- X — @ZacharyKysar: the founder, posting what is shipping and where this is headed.
Found something broken, or missing the one thing you need? Say so there — beta feedback moves the roadmap.
Come build while we build.
The agents are real, the memory compounds, and the people making it are one message away. That's the deal in beta.
